Welcome to the BLACK&GOLD full-custom KC-02 DMR build from RogueWorx!
This is one of our Tier 3 builds, if you want to refer to our Tier List, you can see we built this KC-02 to a specific theme - GOLD! For maximum visual impact and contrast against the all-black H22 stock.
Personally assembled and tuned by Arron, the master engineer behind all RogueWorx products. It is aimed at the 1.5 joule semi-auto DMR category.
The base gun for this build was an ASG H22 Special Teams Carbine variant of the KC-02, supplied to us to build as a display gun for ASG at the 2025 IWA show in Germany. It certainly had the desired effect of grabbing the attention of every airsofter who laid eyes on it!
Featuring a 380mm Diamond-fluted CNC outer barrel from our Multi-Barrel range, with a Twister muzzle brake and all-matching Gold high-performance Rogueworx upgrades.

Painstakingly assembled and tuned by Arron in his man-cave in the dead of night, a RogueWorx signature trigger mech is as good as it gets for the KC-02. Trigger guard drilled to provide access to the trigger travel screw, key components polished, everything washed and oven-dried, all perfectly lubricated with Teflon grease for glassy-smooth operation and a crisp reset. These triggers usually have a pull weight around 4lbs though they often bed-in to 2lbs after significant use allows all the parts to settle in. The Judgement hardened steel sear set is utterly indectructible and the Fang trigger in Gold brings the style in-line with the rest of the build. Expect a trigger tip travel of just 2mm to fire with minimal over-travel.
Tuning and Setup
This gun will have around 1000 shots through it to make sure it is shooting to our exacting standards of accuracy and consistency before it is shipped. This includes outdoor range testing. The goal is at least 70% accuracy at 60m for a 1.5j build on 0.45g ammo, providing repeatable consistency and excellent range. The gun will be tested exclusively on CO2 magazines. We only recommend CO2 magazines.
This build comes with a bag of original spare parts and tuning accessories that normally come with the RW upgrades.
It is supplied in an ASG X-Large hard case that is big enough to fit 2 guns into.
This package is not supplied with any magazines or HPA equipment.
This package does nto include any optics or scopes for the rifle.

If you disassemble this gun any further than what is required to oil the bolt carrier, we are no longer responsible for it's performance. This includes disassembly of the trigger mechanism and barrel group. ESPECIALLY the barrel group, which have been painstakingly aligned for accuracy.
If you change any of the components which are related to performance and function, such as the barrel and hop rubber and trigger mech components, we are no longer liable for its performamce and function.
